A blog to provoke debate and provide ideas about how to shape policing and the criminal justice system so that we all live in communities free from the fear of crime.
This blog is mainly about the governance and future of policing and crime services. (Police & Crime Commissioners feature quite a lot.) But there are also posts about the wider justice system. And because I am town councillor and political activist, local & national issues are covered a little, as well.

40,000 and counting
After a particular surge over the weekend... (of which more in another post soon), this blog has now been browsed over 40k times. Thank you to all my readers. Whether you agree with me or not, I am most grateful for the fact that you bother to scan and possibly read what I write!
